We have been receiving reports of performance degradation within our Website application. The issue has been identified, and we will need to reset the application to implement the correction. We are planning to initiate the reset at 12:45 PM EST. During this time, users may continue to receive errors and experience slowness. As the services restart, we should see a return to normal within 10-15 minutes. We will continue to update this status page as we work through these items.
