For HI and AZ users: We are aware of an issue where parent/staff verification timestamps completed through the app are displaying one hour different than the actual time on the web platform. Impact: This issue is limited to the web display. Backend data remains accurate, and downloaded reports will continue to reflect the correct verification times. We are working to address this display discrepancy.
