REPAY is currently investigating an issue affecting the availability of certain reporting dashboards that rely on real-time data. Customers may experience difficulty accessing some reconciliation reports. This issue is limited to reporting only and does not impact transaction processing, payment processing, funding, or other REPAY services. Starting around midnight EST, REPAY noticed connection issues with the Lift platform which may have caused intermittent payment failures. We are aware and have resolved the issue and will continue monitoring for the next 12 hours. We are currently investigating an issue impacting certain card transactions. As a result, a subset of transactions may be declined unexpectedly. We have identified an issue that may be causing transactions with specific BINs to be declined either with a Gateway Error 1017 or with a message stating "Transaction declined due to BIN xxxxxx being blocked for fraudulent or other reasons. Please contact REPAY Customer Service for more information" We are working diligently on a resolution and will share additional information as it becomes available.

We have resolved the transaction processing errors for the impacted BINs and are now monitoring to ensure transactions are back to flowing as expected. Thank you for your patience!
