Our team has identified the source of the issue and is actively working toward resolution. At this time, the issue appears to be affecting certain Mastercard debit card transactions, while other transaction types continue to process normally.       We have identified an issue that may be causing transactions with specific BINs to be declined either with a Gateway Error 1017 or with a message stating "Transaction declined due to BIN xxxxxx being blocked for fraudulent or other reasons. Please contact REPAY Customer Service for more information" We are working diligently on a resolution and will share additional information as it becomes available.

      Good morning - we have identified an issue with a 3rd party provider that may be preventing new card verification on Visa cards. Previously verified cards should still be accepted and processed correctly. We continue to work with our 3rd party to provide a resolution.

      UPDATE: REPAY is planning to implementing an update to our routing rules configuration that will always approve the card validation transaction ($0 authorization) immediately for all Canadian merchants. This temporarily update will allow Merchants to continue with the transaction, without the need to make changes in their environment to disable card verification. Please contact REPAY support if you want this workaround disabled. Once the processor has resolved the issue, we will disable this work around for all. This update does NOT apply to any US based merchant.
