We are investigating an issue affecting certain Redtail CRM downloads and bulk operations that are processed as background jobs. As a result, some users may experience failures when generating custom exports, reports, labels, and other downloads that exceed the configured job-processing threshold. Workaround Available Until a fix is available, users can avoid the issue by increasing the following setting to the maximum value of "500": Preferences > Miscellaneous > Submit bulk operation to a job if selected contacts exceeds this threshold Operations involving fewer contacts than the configured threshold should process successfully through the browser instead of the background job system.
