We are currently monitoring a potential issue that could affect connectivity in the Napier as the POP is now operating under Jeopardy. This morning around 9am, one of the backhaul link to/from Napier POP went down and we have raised a priority case with our supplier for investigation. We will provide updates as soon as we received anything from our supplier. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Updates: Transmission On Call Engineer advise fibre break is located approximately 61.1 KM from LTWG & 3.2KM from MAST. Telcospec has been advised and is currently mobilizing to attend to the fibre fault. Tech ETA to site 12:00PM.Next update on status change. A fibre break has been confirmed on Judds Road, Masterton after the cable was struck by a civil contractor working on site.
