We are currently monitoring a potential issue that could affect connectivity in Rotorua and Napier POP. They are now operating under Jeopardy. This morning around 9am, one of the backhaul link between Rotorua and Napier POP went down and we have raised a priority case with our supplier for investigation. This will be followed with an update. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.
