We are currently experiencing a minor outage affecting CRT. Our team is actively working to resolve the issue. Impact: One of the routers at the CRT PoP appears to have failed, impacting a number of core links. No members are directly impacted by the failure. Current Status: Network operations will attend site to determine the condition of the failed hardware and take remediation steps to restore the impacted core links. Next Update: We will provide an update by 13:00 or sooner if we have new information. We have attended CRT PoP and determined that the affected router has had a hardware failure and will need to be replaced. Affected core links have now been migrated to the remaining operational routers, restoring core network resiliency. We will raise the issue with our hardware vendor to continue the investigation and likely replacement. Further updates to be provided on status change.
