One of Puzzel's SMS routing partners has confirmed a major incident affecting their SMS services. Puzzel engineers have rerouted outbound SMS traffic via an alternative carrier. However, some Puzzel customers may experience inbound SMS messages not being received. We will provide an update once the partner confirms the incident is resolved.
