We had an intermittent issue with creating and deploying new PowerSync instances over the weekend. The issue was caused by the permission system not properly detecting new instances, causing symtoms such as the instance not being visible, or seeing an error `Unauthorized to perform read on kronos:stack`. The issue was resolved around 12:37 UTC on 2025-01-26.
