We have identified an issue in the v29.0 release (deployed January 21, 2025) where Company Insights is not displaying the most recent months of aggregated headcount data as expected. Our engineering team is actively investigating the root cause and working on a resolution. Impact: - Company Insights in the API may show incomplete or missing data for the most recent reporting periods - This affects aggregate employee headcount calculations - A slight delay in License Deliveries as our team works towards a solution Our teams are prioritizing this issue and will provide regular updates as we work toward a resolution. Next Update: Within 2 hours For urgent inquiries, please contact your account team.
Status: Fix in Progress We have identified the root cause of the missing Company Insights data. The issue affects only the most recent month of company headcount data, while historical data remains. Our engineering team is implementing a targeted fix that is expected to restore the missing data by the end of the day. In the meantime, we've reverted the company index to the previous data version. Impact: - The recent company release has been rolled back - Company data referenced in the person data remains accurate and accessible - Person data is not impacted We expect to complete the data restoration today and will provide another update once the fix has been deployed.
