The incident was caused by an issue with an external provider, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), affecting its London region. UK production has been back up since 12:03 and our test environments are also now running as normal. We will continue to monitor.

The incident this morning was caused by an issue with an external provider, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), affecting its London region. UK production has been back up since 12:03. Our test environments are still in the process of recovering, and we’re continuing to monitor their status. We’ll provide a further update once the remaining environments are available.
