    Scheduled and emailed reports were delayed or not delivered from 12:22 UTC on 1 September. The cause is identified. Report sending has resumed and engineers are working through a backlog. Scheduled reports may not have been delivered, and CSV and Excel exports may have returned an empty file. A fix is in progress, and we will update again once it has been deployed.
