Between approximately 17:00 UTC on September 13 and 01:00 UTC on September 14, some customers experienced an interruption in data collection from native iOS and Android app tracking. Web tracking was not affected. Our engineering team identified the cause and deployed a fix. Data collection has been confirmed back to normal, and we are working on further improvements to make this pipeline more resilient going forward.
