All systems remain operational. Description: The OTAVA® Mid-Michigan Data Center has experienced a utility power interruption. At approximately 9:14 AM ET, the building was successfully transferred to backup generator power. The outage has been reported to Consumers Energy with a current estimated restoration time of 2:00 PM ET. Data center operational staff are actively monitoring the situation. All systems remain operational. Description: This is an update to the ongoing utility power interruption at the OTAVA® Mid-Michigan Data Center. Consumers Energy has extended the estimated utility power restoration time to 7:30 PM ET on 7/18/26. The facility remains on backup generator power and all systems continue to operate normally. Data center operational staff are actively monitoring the situation.
