    Service Impacting: Yes , Customers will not be able to access VSPC. OTAVA® engineers are investigating an issue with DEN2 VSPC (vac.newcloudnetworks.com). Clients may not be able to access the VSPC to manage or review backup jobs or services. However, jobs will continue to run normally, as they do not rely on the VSPC to run.     OTAVA® engineers have found a solution and are applying the fix. VSPC (vac.newcloudnetworks.com) will be accessible after resolution verification. As a reminder, jobs will continue to run normally, as they do not rely on the VSPC to run.
