At this time, safeguards are being implemented to enhance service stability as we continue to troubleshoot and monitor the environment to ensure ongoing performance. Our teams remain fully engaged with the ISPs and will provide updates as needed. Please Note: Customers who are using Cloudflare proxy services still may be experiencing degradation of services. OTAVA engineers are working with the impacted ISP to resolve the issue.

    Event: The Mid-Michigan \(MM\) data center experienced a Denial of Service \(DoS\) event impacting connectivity to the data center. Start Time: 5-13-2026, Wednesday 7:13 PM ET Resolved Time: 5-18-2025 , Monday 3:40 PM ET Cause: A Denial of Service \(DoS\) event impacted network connectivity at the Mid-Michigan site. Resolution: Internet Service Provider \(ISP\) and OTAVA engineers implemented routing and networking configuration changes such as geoblocking, Access Control Lists \(ACL\) changes, black hole routing and service provider AI-Powered DoS Protection. More information will be provided when the RCA is available.
