    We’re currently seeing some sporadic issues with Instagram posts that include media not publishing as expected. From what we can see so far, this looks to be linked to an issue with Instagram’s API. It’s also affecting other third-party platforms that connect in the same way, so it’s not isolated to Orlo. Facebook posts aren’t impacted. We’re keeping a close eye on things and will update here as soon as we know more. Sorry for any disruption this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us.

    We're still seeing sporadic issues with Instagram posts that include media not publishing as expected. This also seems to be affecting Facebook Reel posts. From what we can see so far, this looks to be linked to an issue with the API we use to integrate with these networks. It’s also affecting other third-party platforms that connect in the same way, so it’s not isolated to Orlo. We have submitted a bug report to their team, are keeping a close eye on things and will update here as soon as we know more. Sorry for any disruption this may cause, and thanks for bearing with us.

    We’re aware that some users are experiencing issues loading the Composer tab, aswell as issues with the date and time selection box in both the inbox and outbox. Our team is actively investigating and working on a fix, which will be deployed shortly. In the meantime, if you encounter the composer issue, please refresh the page, and this should load correctly.     We are currently experiencing some difficulty receiving direct messages from X that are set up with the new X encrypted chats. This may lead to issues with receiving direct messages from X. Whilst this is being investigated, X has advised that users can prevent this issue by not following back any user who initiates a new DM conversation. This will ensure the message is pulled in using the standard direct message process. This only applies to new DM conversations and will not work if you try to unfollow anyone that has already DM'ed the account. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. Thanks

    We are aware of issues when scheduling posts, both when creating a new post, or when in the approvals page. We have identified the issue and are working on the fix as a priority. The current work around is when selecting a date and time, in the timezone drop down box, select a new timezone, then reselect the correct timezone you wish to apply. For example - Start on London > switch to Luxembourg > switch back to London. This should then allow you to schedule successfully. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to have a fix deployed for this shortly.
