We are aware of issues when scheduling posts, both when creating a new post, or when in the approvals page. We have identified the issue and are working on the fix as a priority. The current work around is when selecting a date and time, in the timezone drop down box, select a new timezone, then reselect the correct timezone you wish to apply. For example - Start on London > switch to Luxembourg > switch back to London. This should then allow you to schedule successfully. We apologise for the inconvenience caused and hope to have a fix deployed for this shortly.
