We are currently experiencing some difficulty receiving direct messages from X that are set up with the new X encrypted chats. This may lead to issues with receiving direct messages from X. Whilst this is being investigated, X has advised that users can prevent this issue by not following back any user who initiates a new DM conversation. This will ensure the message is pulled in using the standard direct message process. This only applies to new DM conversations and will not work if you try to unfollow anyone that has already DM'ed the account. We apologise for the inconvenience this is causing. Thanks

Great news! We're happy to let you know that the issue affecting Direct Messages not reaching your Inbox has been fully resolved. Our development team worked quickly to verify the fix, and all services are now back to normal operation. However, during this downtime any Direct Messages sent to your inbox will not pull through and be visible in Orlo. Thank you for your patience whilst we addressed this.
