We are aware of an issue when trying to perform actions in the inbox or publishing a post, which prompts the error message "Profile Aggregate Factory could not connect to database." or "No DB connection open." This is being investigated as a matter of urgency and we hope to have this resolved very soon. Apologies for any convenience caused.
