    We are currently experiencing some technical issues with account creations which are being investigated. This may also mean that password resets will be impacted. We will share further updates soon and apologise for any inconvenience caused by this issue.

    This issue has been caused by one of our suppliers, we are working with them to resolve this. The issue looks to have started around 10pm 12th May and is still on-going. We will share further updates when they become available to us and apologise for any inconvenience this has caused.

    Accounts that have been created since 21:30 on Wednesday evening (13th May) should be working as normal.     We are currently experiencing some technical issues which might mean you can’t access VOICE. The following VOICE functions will be impacted: • For staff: updates to contact information in CIRCE will fail, and CAMEL will not be able to retrieve data from VOICE to send emails. • Students won’t be able to view or book on tutorials. • Enquirers won’t be able to access their My Account page. • Tutors will not be able to view tutorial information. • Corporate accounts will not be able to access SponsorHome.     We are currently experiencing some intermittent issues which means that you may experience an 401 error when trying to access the eTMA system. We are aware of this issue. Please try again by either refreshing the page or login via private browsing method e.g incognito mode. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as we can.     We've made some changes to hopefully improve the stability of the eTMA system. If you do encounter any issues whilst accessing/submitting TMAs please try again a few minutes later. We are continuing to work on a permanent solution and apologise for any inconvenience caused.

    We’ve been monitoring this morning and don’t see any repeat of the errors we saw as part of our investigation into the recent issues with TMA submissions. At the time of posting this no new issues have been reported. With the exception of some delayed TMA submission emails which are been looked at separately but they are still going out, just delayed in some cases. We apologise for the inconvenience caused by these issues recently.
