Community members are encountering errors when authenticating their Northeastern accounts using Duo for multi-factor authentication (MFA). Duo is investigating the issue on their end. DUO has deployed a fix for the U.S-wide outage and they are now seeing successful authentications. IT Services has confirmed that service has been restored.
