IT teams are actively working to restore services to the ServiceNow Advisor Form. Advisors may experience delays or error messages when attempting to add or remove holds through Advisor Forms. Advisors shouldn’t repeat hold transactions while this issue is being resolved. Please note that a hold may be successfully added to a student's record even if the transaction appears to fail or returns an error message.
