   We are investigating a service impacting incident at the Australia (AU) BWAN MP for the following service(s) Borderless WAN Management. Additional details on the scope of impact are currently being assessed and will be provided within the support portal once an article is provided.

   Netskope is working closely with our technology partner to implement mitigation measures. The next update will be provided by 7:00 PM UTC, or earlier if there are any new information to share.

   Netskope continues to work diligently with the vendor to identify and implement the mitigation strategy required to resolve the issue and restore functionality. Netskope has requested an additional escalation with the vendor for visibility and support. Netskope will provide another update in two hours or as soon as an update has been provided by the vendor.

   The vendor has traced the performance issues to a backend data processing backlog. Their engineering team is currently executing a mitigation strategy to clear the queue and restore normal query response times. We continue to monitor their remediation efforts and will provide further updates as service normalizes.
