Banco Mediolanum has had degraded performance since 10:00 on Wednesday, the 11th of February, and we are seeing elevated error calls. Applicants might experience issues trying to connect to the bank in the application flow. The incident has been reported to the provider. We recommend that applicants with accounts in the bank try going through the application later, should they experience issues. We will advise them to do so via a banner in the flow.
