We are currently investigating an issue affecting account linking and authentication across multiple banks (including GTBank, Access Bank, Union Bank, Zenith Bank, First Bank, Globus Bank, Fidelity Bank, and Opay). As a result, some users may experience challenges when attempting to authenticate and link their accounts for financial data retrieval. This is due to an internal system issue, and our engineering team is actively working to resolve it as quickly as possible.
