We are currently experiencing downtime with the BVN iGree endpoint from our provider. This means you may encounter errors when initiating BVN lookup of your customers and when trying to create a Mono Sweep Mandate. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are in active communication with our provider to resolve this and will provide an update as soon as the service is restored.
