We are currently experiencing downtime with the BVN iGree endpoint from NIBSS. This means you may encounter errors when initiating BVN lookup of your customers and when trying to create a Mono Sweep Mandate. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. We are in active communication with the NIBSS team to resolve this and will provide an update as soon as the service is restored.
