Resolved after 2 hours 9 minutes, affecting Mews Operations, on October 9, 2026.
The issue is now fully resolved. Mews is now operating as expected. Affected customers will be contacted with the process to fix affected invoices.

Customers in Italy can’t add a tax deducted payment to invoices in the new Billing screen. We’ve identified the cause and are preparing a fix. Workaround: on the burger button (the 3 dots in the billing screen) Switch to the old Billing page to close bills until the fix is live. We’ll post another update once the fix is deployed.
