   We have identified the source of the degraded performance and applied a mitigation that isolates it from the rest of the system. The system should now be responding normally. Some users may still experience slowness when generating the Manager Report. We continue to investigate and monitor the situation.

   The Mews team identified the issue and is working on a resolution. This issue affects most of the properties in Morocco region. It prevents users from creating new reservation and modifying them. To prevent this from happening use different browser that is not updated like edge/chrome.

   The issue causing slowness and timeouts in Mews, which began on September 25, has been resolved. All affected properties can now work normally.
