Lob's QR Code Engagement visualizations in the "Mail Analytics" and "Campaigns" sections of the dashboard are missing some data that was created between Monday, March 16 and today, March 24. Only the data processing system was impacted - no original QR code scan data has been lost. Customers can still access this data if they make a GET call to Lob's APIs, or if they have webhook ingestion already set up. We've identified the issue and are actively backfilling the QR Code Engagement Chart with the missing records. We anticipate completing this backfill no later than tomorrow morning - Wednesday, March 25.

We've identified the issue and new scan events are now visible in the QR Code Engagement Chart. We are actively backfilling scans from the outage period that are missing from the chart. We've updated our anticipated date of resolution for completing this backfill - this should be complete no later than the evening of Friday, March 27.

Earlier today, we experienced degraded service due to an outage at a major infrastructure provider that caused connectivity issues across our network. On August 6, 2025, between approximately 17:30 UTC and 22:50 UTC, some mail piece records were not forwarded to the Search service. Records that were created or updated after that time are being processed correctly. If you created a mail piece in that time window, or if the status of that mail piece changed within the Lob system, it may not be accurately reflected in the Lob dashboard. We are currently working to backfill the records in question. In the interim, customers can reference the API logs in the Lob dashboard to confirm that mail pieces were successfully created in the Lob system. Please reach out to Lob support with any further questions.

We identified an issue beginning Wednesday late evening that may have caused some campaigns to enter an error state. As a result, certain campaigns may have incorrectly reported creative sizes (e.g., assets appearing larger than 20 MB). Our team has identified the root cause and has begun implementing a fix. We are actively working to remediate affected campaigns and restore expected functionality. We will continue to share updates as we make progress.
