    Due to an issue within one of our micro-services that run the financial model, the financial model was unable to process requests between 00:30 and 07:30 (CEST). The model has since recovered, we are still investigating the cause of the issue and will add updates once more information is known. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

    We have discovered a deadlock bug in a downstream library of one of the micro-services behind the financial model, this caused the model to hang up and unable to process any documents. We have fixed the bug and deployed the fix to our cluster.
