Recently, we identified an issue in one of our security layers that impacted the functionality of our Auto Scaling system, resulting in the failure to scale servers correctly. As a consequence, the ability to start some flows was temporarily affected. After a detailed analysis, we have identified the root cause of this incident and have taken the necessary steps to resolve it. To ensure that situations like this do not happen again, we are improving our monitoring processes and adding new steps to the platform's checklist.
