    Dear Iristel Customers, We are experiencing an intermittent PSTN connectivity issue in our Richmond Hill, Ontario data-center. Some calls in the following regions will have intermittent reachability failures. All other regions and systems are active and have normal operations. Richmond Hill, Ontario Unionville, Ontario Thornhill, Ontario Markham, Ontario Newmarket, Ontario Our Platform team is investigating this issue further.     Dear Iristel Customers, Our Platform Team has identified that the temperature in the equipment room where our device is located is currently very high. It appears that the air conditioning unit may be turned off or not functioning properly. The site admin is currently working to restore proper cooling in the room.     Dear Iristel customers, Please be advised that we are currently experiencing an outage in Val d'Or, Quebec. We suspect the cause is a device failure, and unfortunately, PSTN inbound and outbound calls are impacted. All other sites remain operational except for this region. Our engineering teams are sourcing a replacement. ETR is unknown. Issue Start Time: April 03, 2026 at 1500H We will keep you posted as we receive additional information, we appreciate your patience.     Dear Iristel Customers, We observed connectivity issues towards our core network today at 1:30 EST this is the result of a core router swap which caused some issues. We identified the root cause and worked with our platform team and the issue has been resolved. At the moment we observe services are up and if you faced problems kindly re-test to confirm the call completions. Also if you faced issue with reachability, one-way audio or failing termination calls, they should all be working now. If you continue to face challenges, please contact Iristel support/NOC teams.
