   Between approximately 18:35 and 19:40 UTC on 27 June 2026, the IPRoyal Customer Dashboard and API experienced a service disruption caused by a network connectivity issue affecting part of our hosting infrastructure. During this period some customers were unable to sign in to the dashboard or encountered errors when using the API. Our proxy services — Residential, ISP and Datacenter — were not affected and continued to operate normally throughout. Connectivity was restored and all dashboard and API functionality returned to normal by 19:40 UTC. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Affected customers may be unable to connect to proxies hosted on one of our US servers. Because this is a server-level outage dependent on our upstream provider, full restoration may take an extended period - potentially more than 12 hours.
