We are investigating a connectivity issue affecting some ISP proxy endpoints in Asia (Taiwan and Thailand), beginning at approximately 02:16 UTC on 3 July. Affected customers may be unable to connect on impacted endpoints. We are working with our upstream provider to restore service and will share further updates as we learn more.

Resolved — the connectivity issue affecting some ISP proxy endpoints in Asia (Taiwan and Thailand) has been resolved. Affected endpoints recovered at approximately 12:28 UTC on 3 July and have remained stable since. Normal service is restored; thank you for your patience.
