Update timeline

  1. identified Jun 28, 2026, 04:50 PM UTC

We have identified the cause of reduced speeds and increased latency on some ISP proxy endpoints in parts of Europe — affecting Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, and Spain — as a performance issue with our upstream network provider, who is working on a resolution. Connectivity to these endpoints remains operational, and other regions and product lines are unaffected. We will share further updates as we learn more.

  2. resolved Jun 29, 2026, 05:50 AM UTC

This incident has been resolved. Speeds and latency on the affected European ISP proxy ranges (Poland, Switzerland, Germany, Austria, Bulgaria, and Spain) have returned to normal. Thank you for your patience.
