   We have been alerted to an issue that is preventing app-based valuations & the ability to manually upload valuations within intelliflo office. This is currently being investigated as a priority by our development team and we will share further details shortly.    We're pleased to say the root cause of the issue has now been identified and a fix is currently being implemented. We're hoping this won't take long, and we'll let you know here as soon as its been resolved. Thanks for your patience.

   Great news! The ability to add manual valuations via the upload is now resolved. Any app-based valuations will look also be collected on the next scheduled run. Please note, that Parmenion may be the exception. This is due to run at 11:20BST, should this not work, we will manually trigger this collection, meaning Parmenions collection period is delayed.
