One of our third-party providers, which integrates with our phone provider and Live Chat services, has encountered technical difficulties impacting our ability to take inbound calls and answer live chat. Should you need help from our customer support team, please raise a case via intellifo connect (which you can access through intelliflo office, using the intelliflo connect & Support button). We'll let you know once this issue has been resolved. I appreciate your patience.
