We're addressing the cause of this issue and will update this page when we have more information. Only customers hosted in North America are currently impacted.     We've identified the issue that's caused HubDB to be unavailable since 11:12 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jul 22, 2025. We expect the tables to be fully restored late on Jul 23, 2025. Only customers hosted in North America are currently impacted.

    We've identified the issue that's caused HubDB to be unavailable since 11:12 AM EDT (UTC -04:00) on Jul 22, 2025. We have partially restored the tables and expect to complete restoration over the the day. Only customers hosted in North America are currently impacted.

    HubDB is now fully accessible. We've identified and addressed the root cause of the issue. The incident has been fully resolved and HubDB should be working properly. No data was lost.
