Between 10:15 AM (UTC -04:00) and 10:37 AM (UTC -04:00), all customers in all affected regions experienced issues with Forms on landing pages. This was caused by a server impairment. As of 10:37 AM (UTC -04:00), our Forms on landing pages are working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
