    Between 10:55 AM (UTC -04:00) and 11:28 PM (UTC -04:00), some customers in all affected regions experienced issues with company record creation. This was caused by bad deploy which has been rolled back. As of 11:28 PM (UTC -04:00), company record creation is working properly and the incident has been fully resolved.
