Highway's broker user interface was failing to load for some users following a production update from this morning. Issues were reported by users at 6:30am CT and the rollback was completed at 7:10am CT. Systems and interfaces are now functioning as expected.
The FMCSA has not provided an update for Licensing and Insurance information for today. We have confirmed a similar experience for other industry compliance providers. We have contacted the DOT and are awaiting a response.
