    Guidewire Support has identified the cause of this incident impacting multiple customers, and are actively working to restore service. At this time, we estimate service will be restored in 30 minutes at 8:40 PM PST. We will post regular updates on our progress.

    The fix has been implemented. Services are coming up gradually and we are currently actively monitoring the situation. For customers in CAN, AMER and EMEA regions, please verify your AppEvents Message Queues (Destination ID - 500 and 599) and resume them if they are in suspended status.
