    This incident has been resolved. Earlier today, some users experienced difficulty accessing certain areas of the Greenshades platform. This was caused by a subset of SSL certificates that were not successfully updated during a scheduled renewal process, resulting in temporary access disruptions. Our team identified and resolved the issue promptly. All services have been fully restored and we have confirmed no data was lost and no security issues were present at any point during this incident. We have taken steps to improve our certificate renewal process and monitoring to prevent a recurrence. We appreciate your patience and apologize for any disruption this may have caused.

    Earlier today, our services were impacted by an outage caused by an external connectivity provider. Multiple carrier connections, including several fiber-related incidents affecting one carrier and a hardware issue involving a network card with another. This resulted in a temporary loss of connectivity to various Greenshades applications and services. We’re happy to share that the issue has now been fully resolved, and all systems are operating normally. Our team monitored the situation closely throughout the event and worked with the carriers until full restoration was confirmed. As mentioned in our prior update from ~1hour ago, Greenshades had already switched to secondary systems and all business critical services were fully operational.
