A routine change to our cloud networking environment triggered an unexpected configuration issue that disrupted connectivity to our database servers, causing Greenshades Online and several related services to become unavailable. A permanent fix was successfully applied during a planned maintenance window on the evening of May 29th. This incident has been resolved. Earlier today, some users experienced difficulty accessing certain areas of the Greenshades platform. This was caused by a subset of SSL certificates that were not successfully updated during a scheduled renewal process, resulting in temporary access disruptions. Our team identified and resolved the issue promptly. All services have been fully restored and we have confirmed no data was lost and no security issues were present at any point during this incident.
