    Authentication services have remained stable, and users are able to log in normally. We identified that a high-volume scheduled integration process caused a sudden increase in login-related background updates. This placed unexpected load on supporting services and resulted in intermittent login failures for some customers. We are implementing improvements to process these non-critical updates separately from the login flow. This will help ensure that background processing issues do not prevent users from accessing Go1.
