Dear Partner, Giacom monitoring has detected over 90 circuits offline. Initial investigations indicate that the affected services are provisioned through Vodafone and all terminate on the same aggregation router in LD6. The issue appears to be impacting multiple services, and we are currently working with our Network Team (CNO) to establish the scope and identify the root cause. Current Status: - Over 90 circuits identified as offline - All affected services appear to be Vodafone-provided - Common point identified as an aggregation router in LD6 - CNO have commenced initial investigations We will provide a further update within the next 2 hours or sooner should additional information become available.

Dear Partner, The CNO team has now raised a case with Vodafone and requested further investigation into the affected bearer. Investigations remain ongoing to establish the root cause and assess the full scope of the impact. We are working closely with CNO and will provide further updates as soon as additional information becomes available. Further updates will be provided within the next 2 hours.
