We want to make you aware of an ongoing supplier incident currently affecting BT systems. BT are experiencing a Priority 1 (P1) network outage, which is impacting multiple systems and applications. As a result, this is affecting our services and the tools available within Cloud Market. There may be delays to KBD (Knowledge-Based Diagnostics) running or failing. This may also cause slower response times or intermittent disruptions. BT have also confirmed that some of their internal communication channels are impacted, meaning updates are being provided manually, which may limit the frequency of status updates. We are actively monitoring the situation and will keep you informed as soon as further updates become available.
