Potential PXC Outage 4 Bearers down
Maintenance completed on September 30, 2026.
PXC have confirmed that the loss of service is due to planned works - CRQ000000186326. We do not seem to have received the notification, however we are still seeing impacted services restore. The PEW runs till 6am so we will check again at that time to ensure all impacted services are backup.

Monitoring has alerted us to a large amount of circuits being down, upon investigation we are seeing 4 bearers down on AR01.ld8 and AR02.ld8. Ticket has been logged to the suppliers to confirm if its an outage or planned works, some services have begun to restore and some traffic is seen on the bearers at the moment.
